Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. The return period starts from the date you receive your order.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unopened (or if opened, all materials must be intact), and in their original packaging with all components included.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt.
- Reason: Returns are accepted for defective items, incorrect items received, or if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Digital products, downloadable guides, or consultation services that have been completed
- Customized or personalized items made specifically for you
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered from their original condition
- Items returned after the 30-day return period
- Items without proof of purchase
- Items purchased from third-party retailers (please contact the retailer directly)
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Receive Authorization: We will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions within 2-3 business days.
- Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all components, materials, and documentation.
- Ship the Return: Send the package to the address we provide, using a trackable shipping method. Include the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are handled as follows:
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective item or the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid return label.
- Other Returns: For returns due to customer preference or change of mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance.
- Original Shipping: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund:
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, please contact us to arrange an alternative refund method.
- Refund Amount: You will receive a full refund of the item price. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Bank Processing: It may take 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different products or sizes, subject to availability:
- To request an exchange, contact us within the 30-day return period
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the exchange item costs more, you will be charged the difference
- If the exchange item costs less, you will receive a refund for the difference
- You are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges unless the exchange is due to our error
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs

Late or Missing Refunds

Cancellations

International Returns
For international orders:

- Customs duties and import taxes paid on the original order are non-refundable

Gift Returns
